Warriors suffer largest halftime deficit since franchise moved to California

When the Warriors and Bucks took the courtroom inside Fiserv Discussion board, it was slated as a possible NBA Finals assembly and a battle between two candidates within the present MVP dialog.

However on Thursday night time, the Bucks had been the group with large smiles, sharp taking pictures and celebrations on the courtroom, very like the conventional conduct of Warriors star Steph Curry.

Milwaukee led Golden State 77–38 after two quarters, the largest halftime deficit that the franchise has confronted since it to California within the 1962-63 season.

As a substitute of Curry shimmying on the courtroom in celebration, it was Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis, who hit a three-pointer on the buzzer for the Bucks heading into halftime. Antetokounmpo and Portis mixed for 40 factors within the half, greater than the whole Warriors squad.
