Trenton Cannon: 49ers RB leaves game in ambulance after hit to head

It was a grim scene Sunday when the Seahawks vs. 49ers matchup was underway. On the opening kickoff, San Francisco operating again Trenton Cannon was hit inadvertently in the head by considered one of his teammates whereas overlaying Seattle’s kick return.
