READ: Liberty Sues Jerry Falwell For Millions In Damages Over Granda Episode

Liberty College sued its former chief Jerry Falwell Jr. on Thursday, accusing the son of its founding father of a “enterprise conspiracy” towards the establishment.

The evangelical establishment claims within the swimsuit, filed in Lynchburg Circuit Courtroom in Virginia, that Falwell hid his relationship with Giancarlo Granda from the college.

Liberty cites each a lawsuit that Falwell filed towards Liberty in November 2020 and an announcement that the evangelical scion issued to the Washington Examiner earlier than Reuters broke the information in August 2020 that Granda had a relationship with Falwell’s spouse because the son of the well-known preacher allegedly regarded on.
