Oklahoma looks to finalize deal ith Clemson’s Brent Venables for coach opening

Clemson defensive coordinator Brent Venables has emerged as the highest candidate for Oklahoma’s head coach opening and the 2 colleges will look to finalize a deal, according to Sports Illustrated‘s Ross Dellenger.

ESPN’s Chris Low, who was first to report the interest, famous the deal may very well be accomplished as quickly as Sunday.
