Ohio State DT Haskell Garrett apologizes for Michigan loss

Ohio State defensive deal with Haskell Garrett issued an apology Sunday following the No. 2 Buckeyes’ 42–27 loss to rival No. 5 Michigan on Saturday.

The group captain took to Twitter to apologize for Ohio State’s first loss to Michigan since 2011.

“To Buckeye Nation, I need to take this second to apologize for a failed mission,” Garrett wrote. “As a defensive chief I didn’t uphold the usual that was set earlier than me in that sport. Thanks all for sticking with us throughout a winters [sic] chilly yesterday. Might the rivalry clock reset, GoBucks.”
