Matt Ryan is predicted to return as the Falcons’ beginning quarterback in 2022, in accordance to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
Falcons head coach Arthur Smith famous his need for Ryan to return subsequent season in conversations with possession, per Mortensen. Smith will enter his second season with Atlanta in 2022.
Ryan, 36, has spent all 14 of his skilled seasons with Atlanta since being chosen with the No. 3 decide in the 2008 NFL draft. He’s a four-time Professional Bowler and the 2016 MVP, tallying 366 passing touchdowns in 221 begins.
