Jalen Hurts update: Eagles GM says QB has earned starting job for 2022

Eagles normal supervisor Howie Roseman stated Wednesday that quarterback Jalen Hurts has earned the starting job heading into the 2022 season. 

“We discuss Jalen and the expansion he had,” Roseman said. “Actually, first-year starter, second-year participant, main this group to the playoffs. Tremendously impressed by his work ethic, his management. The final time we talked was throughout camp, and we stated we needed to see him take the bull by the horn, and he actually did that.”


Hurts began 15 video games for Philadelphia this previous season, going 8–7 as a starter. He threw for 3,144 yards and 16 touchdowns, including 784 yards and 10 touchdowns on the bottom. He additionally tossed 9 interceptions.
