Fred Warner injury update: 49ers star tweets he’ll be ‘good to go’ after ankle injury

49ers star linebacker Fred Warner tweeted Monday that he’ll be “good to go” after struggling an ankle injury in San Francisco’s 23–17 win over the Cowboys.
