A Republican in Florida’s state Legislature has filed a invoice that, if enacted, would remove the Florida Democratic Party, NBC News stories.
The laws would require the state’s Division of Elections to “instantly cancel” the filings of any political celebration whose platform had “beforehand advocated for, or been in assist of, slavery or involuntary servitude.”
