Fantasy Impact: Antonio Brown Suspended Three Games

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers — and fantasy managers in all places — have been anxiously awaiting the return of star broad receiver Antonio Brown from an ankle damage. Now they have to wait an additional three weeks, as Brown is considered one of three gamers that had been suspended Thursday for violating the NFL-NFLPA COVID-19 protocols.
Brown was suspended together with fellow Buccaneer Mike Edwards and free agent John Franklin III, the NFL introduced Thursday. In a evaluation carried out by the NFL and NFLPA, it was decided the three gamers misrepresented their vaccination standing.

Brown’s absence will not be solely dangerous information for fantasy managers who’ve the Bucs receiver on their roster. It is also troubling for many who have been counting on Tom Brady all season. Whereas Brady at the moment stands at QB3 when it comes to fantasy factors per recreation, his numbers have dropped significantly with Brown sidelined.
Brown hasn’t performed since Week 6. Within the first six weeks of the season, Brady had 4 video games with at the very least 27 fantasy factors. Since Brown’s damage, Brady has but to attain 27 in a recreation. He hasn’t scored greater than 20 factors in a recreation since Week 8.
