Crying Pitt fan becomes latest college football meme after Peach Bowl collapse

Transfer over, Villanova’s crying piccolo lady and Michael Jordan—there is a new crying meme on the town after Pittsburgh collapsed within the Peach Bowl. 

The digicam crew panned a Panthers fan in navy blue and Vegas gold overalls sitting in his seat together with his head in his palms, crying. The second was captured after a game-ending pick-six within the fourth quarter with 22 seconds left. 

Pittsburgh held a 21–10 lead heading into the fourth, seeming to proceed to construct off of the momentum from the ACC Championship on Dec. 4. Nonetheless, Michigan State powered again, scoring two touchdowns in simply over a 5 minute span to achieve a 24–21 lead with below three minutes to go.
